Cal O’Neill
Cal is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a certified team coach. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in people development, including coaching leaders and teams.
His career spans corporate finance, professional performing arts and leadership development. He holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Roehampton, both awarded with distinction.
His doctoral research at Henley examines how experiential processes within coaching help workplace leaders explore the relationship between role and identity. Alongside his research and practice in Saudi Arabia, it informs TACT’s attention to culture, context and the conditions in which people can learn and change.
Expertise that shapes the experience.
TACT’s academic and professional grounding runs through the work: how a challenge is understood, which methods are selected, how practice is facilitated and how learning is connected to the workplace.
Coaches, facilitators and professional actors bring complementary expertise to that design. Fictionalised scenarios protect confidentiality while retaining the tensions participants recognise, so people can examine behaviour without being put on display.
TACT designs and delivers its own programmes and collaborates with specialist partners. Design, adaptation and delivery responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.
